Rosehip Company® thrives to make just quality products. However when a product does not meet your expectations you can exchange the product or send it back within 14 days.

Your return package has to be delivered with us within 14 days.
After reception of the products we will transfer to you the initial product- and delivery costs. However as we have only one price for delivery no matter how many products you ordered, the delivery costs will not be returned if you send back just one item.

Sent back products won’t be accepted if

  • used or washed
  • damaged or repaired
  • not used appropriately

Sent back products always have to be stamped sufficiently otherwise they won’t be accepted.

Undamaged and sufficiently stamped delivery to Rosehip Company is the responsibility of the sender. However , if we sent you a false product we naturally take care of payment for delivery costs. The sent back product has to be in its original state and unused with a copy of the orderform. Your payment will be returned the way you initially paid for the product.
We thrive to make a refund within eight days. If you made a creditcard payment the minimal time moneytransfer will be around three weeks.

Do I have a guarantee on my Rosehip Company products? 
Rosehip Company will do its utmost to make and deliver high quality products. However , when something is wrong please send us an email at hallo@rosehipcompany.com and we will do as much as we can to solve the problem.

What are the costs for delivery?
Costs for delivery differ between € 3,50 and € 6,50 depending on size and weight of the product(s). However when your order exceeds € 250,00 we will get you free shipping.

Can I order products and have them sent to a different address?
Sure, in our checkout system you can add a different address for delivery.

What is the average delivery time?
For our fabric products the delivery time is 2 -3 working days. For personal (name-)products the deliverytime is 6-8 working days. When out of stock a notification will be shown.

Can I order from abroad and have products delivered in another country?
Sure, we do deliver abroad. Just send us an email at hallo@rosehipcompany.com with details about desired producttypes and delivery address, so we can tell you the estimated time of delivery and delivery costs.

What kind of possibilities for payment do you have?
At Rosehip Company you can pay by IDEAL, banktransfer or credit card. You can also pay by invoice. We will send you your product as soon as we have received your payment.

How can I exchange or return a product?
